What about finding process heat needing manufacturers to ensure year round consumption, bakeries, breweries, laundry facilities, health care facilities etc. otherwise there is a large surplus in the summer to manage.

I'm proud to have been a Green Schools Mentor for Decatur Classical this year! My son's middle school science, math, and art teachers came together to create an amazing integrated curriculum for 6th, 7th & 8th graders to learn about energy consumption and conservation, river ecology and clean-up efforts, and they planted a pollinator gardens using compost made at school. I had a blast working with the staff, going on field trips and meeting the green team! The best part is that we won 1st place! Thanks Illinois Green Alliance for making this program a reality!
